SERVPRO of Cutler Bay Bails Out Century Village of Boca Raton

We received an urgent call for help to alleviate a flooding in the Century Village community center in Boca Raton. Our team focused on extracting water from the floor and the equipment in the fitness center. The pooling water can damage the gears and electronics of the machines very quickly without fast removal. After our team had vacuumed up the water, we set up air movers and dehumidifiers to capture the lingering moisture in the air. We removed the floor trim to make sure no water was trapped and not extracted. We used moisture meters to attain about an 11% moisture content eventually.
