Fire Damage in Cutler Bay

This structure in Cutler Bay was significantly damaged by fire. Before any restoration could begin, the charred remains of the stairwell and other debris had to be safe discarded. Then the technicians cleaned what was left and prepared to kill the smoke odors that were lingering. An ozone machine and several types of foggers were used for this purpose. The final fogging also included an antimicrobial product to help sanitize the area before renovations. An illustration shows how a fire-ravaged structure can be restored to its pre-loss condition.
