Franjo Mold Issues During a Remodel

After the demolition of this kitchen in Franjo in preparation for a remodel to this condo, a significant mold growth was uncovered on the back exterior wall. Our SERVPRO team of skilled mold remediators arrived on the scene and finished the demo after sealing off the kitchen area from the remainder of the condo. We wrapped the contaminated materials for disposal and checked the plumbing for leaks. After repairing the small drip, we set up equipment to dry out the exposed wall and framing, then sprayed an antimicrobial agent to help prevent future infestations from fungi.
