Scott joined SERVPRO of Cutler Bay as our General Manager. He graduated from Georgia Tech in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and secured his General Contractor license in 1998. He held positions as Vice President of Construction for national homebuilders and enhanced his job knowledge with an Insurance Adjuster license in 2008. Scott entered the Restoration Industry in 2012, holding key positions in Marketing/Business Development and Project Management. His vast background will help our Cutler Bay team deliver exemplary customer service and satisfaction to our residential and commercial customers.

Jessie joined our office staff in 2016 as a job coordinator and her duties include scheduling the production teams on their appointed assignments, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner, and all SERVPRO protocols are adhered to. Jessie is large on customer services and meeting their expectations. She sets a great example with a commitment to getting all tasks in the books on time.

Her career path in the disaster restoration industry started in 2010 and has covered all aspects of the business including financing, marketing, and a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service. She is very involved in the local business community attending events at schools, charitable events, The Greater Lantana Chamber of Commerce, The Greater Boynton Beach Chamber of Commerce plus other Cutler Bay area and business organizations and chambers. She works hard on our program with the First Responders to give back and say ‘Thank You’ for their efforts each month. As a long time resident of South Florida, Tracie works closely with commercial and residential and commercial insurance adjusters and carriers.
